| "Mary's Room" is dedicated to the nurturing spirit of my dear friend Mary
Rancier-Bennett. It was Mary, who back in the late 70's, gave me my first lessons in proper nutrition, exercise
and spirituality. Those lessons have stayed with me a lifetime. I was lucky enough to have
Mary as my mentor and it is my privledge to dedicate this room to her.
"Mary's Room" seeks to empower women through education. We frequently co-sponsor
workshops and have a low cost lending library. Our library is ever growing and covers a
variety of subjects such as reproductive health, general wellnesss, spirituality, jobs,
relationships and manymore.Books are loaned for $1.oo weekly with the proceeds
reinvested to enlarge our library. We encourage women of all ages to stop by, enjoy
a cup of tea and stay awhile!
We also carry the Kama Sutra line of products, women's natural/organic menstrual supplies, medicinal teas and other products pertaining to women's health.
